A hardware issue at our leased data center began causing degraded performance at approximately 1:14pm Central US time today (18 minutes ago). The issue has been resolved, as far as we can tell, but we will continue to monitor for any further issues. We apologize for any inconvenience. if you are still seeing degraded performance, close your browser and open it again, to reset any open connections to our service. If that doesn't resolve it, contact our support team and we will be happy to help.
